Terms

All orders shipped by USPS Priority Mail or Ground Advantage (formerly First Class).

We add the shipping charges after we pack your order and weigh it.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

If you are a resale customer, please email us a copy of your resale certificate at mie@miesbeads.com and we will include a resale card in your order.  When you receive the card, please fill it out and return it to us.  This procedure is done one time, after which you will be on-file with our company.  Our resale customers are entitled to no tax and a additional 10% on your entire purchase.  Minimum purchase of $35.00 to receive your 10% off.  We must have a copy of your license in order for you to be considered a resale customer.

Backorders: We will not ship backorders at all.

We do not do cash refunds, we do exchanges only.

Returns: 30 day return with receipt only.  There will be a 15% restocking fee on returned items.
